Can I send the product back if I just don't like it?
If you are not satisfied with our product, report to us within 30 days of delivery date, and the internal package has not been detached, you can change it to another model. The balance should be paid by you before we shipping out the new product. And you should be responsible for the two-way shipping fee, and restocking fee, which based on your country's shipping rate. So, before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our product introduction page.
What should I do if an item is defective?
1)In most of the cases, items may not work due to misuse or a lack of installation knowledge. We can help with the installation process by providing professional knowledge. If customer want to return without trying to the basic method, you should bear the two way shipping fee.
We recommend customers who don't have enough practical handwork ability seek professional assistance. We will not responsible for any damage due to improper practice in installation.
2) Our certified technicians will inspect and test all items before shipment. 99.5 percentage of our products can run reliably.
If you unfortunately receive a transport damaged item, please keep all the packages and send photos of the broken item to us within 7 days. The delivery companies do not accept damage claims reported after 7 days. We will assist you in recovering damages or losses from the delivery company. It will take about 14-28 days for the courier company to investigate the case, so please be patient. We will keep you informed. Also, if your parcel is insured, we will send you the replacement once the delivery company confirms that it can be compensated.
**Replacement will be sent after we make ascertain the defective cause, so that you don’t need to wait that long in most of the case!

What can I do if I received a wrong item?
Once you received wrong item or some parts missed. Please contact our service team within 7 days to change or resend the missed items.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense. If a return collection has been arranged by us and the item is found not to be faulty the full cost if carriage will be charged to the customer prior to the item or any funds being released. We cannot be held liable for any loss of installation costs, time, income, or any damage caused.
