Warranty policy

With R & D, professional production and sale on smart navigation automotive and digital car radio products for more than ten years, we provide high quality products to our customers.
And the products have to be examined by three main processes in our business before delivery. There is also a 12 month warranty for all products on Ewaying.
If there will be any problems with the products you order from our site, please contact our customer service, we will do our best to help you.

Delivery policy

Ewaying offers you free delivery to European Union countries.
After receiving your order, we will send the package to you within 2 working days.
Your goods will arrive in your city within two weeks, depending on the location of our shipping warehouse and the state of logistics.
We guarantee that we will organize the safest and fastest logistics for you.

Below the terms of the After-Sales Guarantee:
Our policy lasts 1 year.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (1 Month after sales)

Any return of product must be the subject of a prior and formal agreement between the seller and the buyer in order to obtain a return number. Any product returned without this agreement would be made available to the purchaser and would not give rise to a refund. The return must be made in the original packaging, and in full compliance with the product delivered.

Products must be returned to our designated warehouse. We will not refund you if you return to another location without permission.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time.

Exchanges (3 Months after-sale)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us mail

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.

Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is posted.
